Andrew Wilkinson’s Daily Routine in 2025: Optimizes Health, Performance, and Energy
Andrew Wilkinson stays young, healthy, and happy while running his big business. Back in 2006, right after high school, Andrew started MetaLab, a design company based in Victoria, Canada. As MetaLab grew fast, Andrew used the money it made to start other businesses. Now, he owns a holding company called Tiny which has multiple companies under its umbrella. Lets explore Andrew Wilkinson’s daily routine
7 am: Morning Hydration + Coffee
- Drink a big glass of water with electrolytes
- If sunny, make an AeroPress coffee, black and sit outside on my back patio for a few minutesÂ
- If overcast/raining, I use the Retimer
- Check Oura Ring sleep score
Coffee Preference

- Andrew’s preferred morning beverage is a black AeroPress americano, made with the Caffe Fantastico Causeway blend.
- He uses a Niche Zero grinder, following James Hoffmann’s advice.
- As he commutes to work or starts his day, Andrew usually enjoys a lemon original Mateina Yerba Mate.
8: 30 am: Daily Journal and Habit Tracking
Andrew does a daily journal/brain dump using Reflect.
He uses a daily note template that encompasses:
1. Gratitude
2. Brain dump – whatever is on my mind
3. Most Important Tasks – projects that are itching at me
4. Habit tracking: This covers Sauna/Cold Plunge, Time in Nature, Exercise, and 5-10 min focus time with each kid
9 am: Andrew Wilkinson’s Morning Skin Care

Hair Care: Andrew uses NewWash, enhancing his hair’s quality. Reason: Unlike shampoos with sulfates that strip natural oils, NewWash preserves the hair’s natural barrier.
Cleansing: Andrew cleanses with Zein Obagi Cleanser daily. Reason: It eliminates dirt and sebum, preventing clogged pores and maintains skin pH.
Serum: Andrew applies Osmosis MD’s Rescue and then Clarify (retinol). Reason: Serums penetrate deeply, and retinol boosts collagen and cell turnover, reducing fine lines.
Moisturizing: Andrew uses BIOLOGIQUE RECHERCHE’s Creme Dermopurifiante. Reason: It locks in hydration, ensuring skin remains supple.
Skin Enhancement: Occasionally, Andrew uses the Omnilux laser facemask. Reason: Photobio-modulation stimulates cellular activity, boosting collagen and skin quality.
Hair Growth: Andrew uses the Hairmax band 3x weekly. Reason: Its low-level light therapy potentially stimulates hair follicles for growth. (Hairmax Alternative)
Oral Care: Andrew brushes with a Philips IQ toothbrush using Sensodyne with Novamin. Reason: Novamin helps remineralize tooth enamel, strengthening teeth. For interdental cleaning, he opts for the Philips WaterPik. Reason: It effectively cleans between teeth, replacing traditional flossing.
7am: Breakfast
Andrew’s breakfast typically includes blueberries, pistachios, and either steak or chicken. Blueberries enhance cognitive function, pistachios support heart and eye health, and the steak or chicken provides quality protein, essential for muscle repair, along with vital vitamins and minerals. Currently, Andrew is participating in a muscle-building challenge with his friends, so he follows a high-protein diet.
