Lets explore his daily routine

Wake Up Time: 7 am

Chris starts his day with a non-negotiable morning walk, heading straight for sunlight or as much daylight as possible. He avoids caffeine for the first 90 minutes, opting instead for water with salt, specifically using LMNT for its great taste. Chris believes that caffeine is ineffective during this time since the adrenal system is active, not the adenosine system that caffeine affects.

After his walk, Chris:

  • Practices Breath-Work using the State app, which costs $1.50 a month.
  • He then Meditates; for guided meditation, he uses the Waking Up app by Sam Harris, and for unguided sessions, he uses Insight Timer.
  • He finishes his routine by Reading for about 10 to 15 minutes, maintaining this routine unless he is traveling or has other commitments.
  • Gym Time: At exactly 7:40 am, Chris heads to the gym for his morning workout.

Work Time: 9am
